Perfect for Groups!
The Ellsworth Estate is a perfect setting for weddings, receptions, and other events, both indoor and outdoor. Small business conferences and other gatherings may be hosted inside the Inn itself. For very large groups, the lawn area provides the ideal setting for a party or reception in an intimate setting, nestled among mature trees and with the Inn as a perfect backdrop. Grounds
The cost of using the grounds is 1000.00 per day. A 250.00 non-refundable deposit is necessary to reserve the grounds for 30 days. 30 days prior to the event the balance (750.00, non-refundable) is due in full. To change the dates a fee may apply.
Guest Rooms
In order to book the grounds for an event, all 9 guest rooms must be booked for a minimum of two nights; the night prior to the event and the night of the event. A 1000.00 deposit is necessary to reserve the rooms. This deposit will be refunded in the event that each guest pays for his/her own room. If the event is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded. To change the dates a fee may apply.
The grounds and guest rooms may be put on hold for up to 30 days by placing a non-refundable 250.00 deposit.
By booking the entire Inn, a group is also entitled to use of the indoor facilities for events such as brunches, meetings, receptions, and other gatherings.
Tables, Chairs, Accessories
Tables, chairs, and other accessories can be obtained through outside sources for a fee.
Terms
- Use of living and dining rooms for rehearsal suppers, catered meals, or other group gatherings must be approved by the staff
- Outside caterers must have prior approval from the staff
- Use of kitchen facilities by caterers is welcome, but a fee will apply
- No decorations may be hung without prior approval from the staff
- The person/group booking the Inn will be held liable for any damage caused during hosted events
- The Inn at Ellsworth Estate cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal articles.
